Our founder, Kelly, has been instrumental in creating the Nspire brand and driving its success with her extensive experience in HR and leadership across numerous sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
As a FCIPD qualified professional, Kelly has over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing people strategies, as well as more specialised elements of cultural change, reward and pay frameworks, organisational development, scale-ups, and M&A diligence and integration. Her expertise includes leading international HR teams as a board-level leader within the private sector, including cyber and national security, construction, and defence.

Meet the founder, Kelly.
Kelly is behind the Nspire brand, FCIPD qualified, 17+ years experience in HR and leadership across numerous sectors, in the UK, and internationally in the US, Canada and Australia.
Her experience ranges from developing and implementing people strategies, to the more specialised elements of cultural change, reward and pay frameworks, organisational development, scale-ups and M&A diligence and integration.
Kelly has led international HR teams during her career as a board level leader within the private sector, including cyber and national security, construction and defence. Her experience ranges from developing and implementing people strategies, to the more specialised elements of cultural change, reward and pay frameworks, organisational development, scale-ups and M&A diligence and integration.
Kelly has a particular passion for high tech growth organisations, which complement her experiences and passion for leading the market in Reward offerings where talent is scarce.
Kelly has worked and continues to work with a leading companies on a number of projects, and within her Reward as a Retained Service offering.
Kelly is acknowledged by peers as a thought leader in the area of Pay and Reward, creating innovative strategies and solutions to support organisations in the attraction and retention of employees. She pushes boundaries to implement contemporary solutions and speaks at industry events on these areas.
