Kelly is behind the Nspire brand, FCIPD qualified, 17+ years experience in HR and leadership across numerous sectors, in the UK, and internationally in the US, Canada and Australia.
Her experience ranges from developing and implementing people strategies, to the more specialised elements of cultural change, reward and pay frameworks, organisational development, scale-ups and M&A diligence and integration.
Kelly has led international HR teams during her career as a board level leader within the private sector, including cyber and national security, construction and defence.
