We partner with a leading provider to use a job evaluation tool to conduct job evaluation within businesses to establish a job architecture framework to help build career pathways, pay frameworks and bring a common language to describe the value of each role in your business.

We have extensive experience in undertaking bespoke job evaluations.


An effectively conducted job evaluation will:

  • Give a systematic approach to the worth of each individual role within your business

  • Provide consistency across the business

  • Provide a solid foundation from which to build a fair and transparent pay structure
